This bus made famous by the film by Sean Penn had become a true place of pilgrimage for fans of Christopher Mc Candless. Most of these young, inexperienced young people in the wild found themselves in difficulty in trying to imitate Christopher's life, forcing rescue workers to intervene.
This is probably the reason why it was decided to move it so that it may end up in a museum.
Bertrand Levebvre, passionate about "The American Dream", paid tribute to him several times through wild works but which fortunately never put him in danger ;-).
