Anamorphosis is a reversible deformation of an image using an optical system - for example a curved mirror - or a mathematical transformation. The word derives from the Greek ἀναμορφόω, anamorphoein, "transform".
Some artists created by this process deformed works that recompose from a pre-established point of view. ©Wikipedia
The Hangart Gallery is very proud to illustrate one of the many facets of anamorphosis by presenting Pascal Buclon's anamorphic sculptures.
