Biography of the artist Elisabete Cargnello

Elisabete Rodrigues said Cargnello Lisa.C was born February 14, 1973.

It is during adolescence she discovered a passion for drawing and more particularly for portraits.

Self-taught, she explores different techniques, charcoal and ink to complete the oil painting associated with collages of old newspapers, creating small staged commented that are sometimes tender, sometimes comical.

Heavily influenced by advertisements 1950s, she tries to recreate in his paintings the ancient atmosphere, light and fanciful.

His painting is halfway between realism and cartoon.
